Scott Lesher founded Lesher Contracting, LLC to bring honest, hands-on craftsmanship to homeowners across Santa Rosa Beach and the broader 30A community. He worked as a general contractor in Delaware from 2003 to 2021, and has been a licensed Florida residential builder from 2021 to present.

Every project is owner-operated. That means Scott is personally on-site, answering your calls, coordinating with trades, and ensuring the work is done right — the first time.

After years of building and remodeling along the Emerald Coast, Scott has earned a reputation for showing up, communicating clearly, and standing behind every job.
